Deborah Hoxie is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor certified in advanced studies through Kripalu School of Ayurveda.
Deb is also a Registered Yoga Teacher, E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, a graduate of Kind Yoga School on Cape Cod, and is at the 800-hour mark of her 1,000-hour certification with Kripalu School for Yoga and Health.
Deb is a Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, she also guides Breathwork and practices Reiki.
Deb first started practicing yoga and meditation more than twenty-five years ago and has been developing her individual practice ever since.
For Deb, yoga became an important tool in the process of connecting to her own physical, mental, and emotional strength, and she seeks to share the gifts of Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness and Ayurveda with all those interested. She blends the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda into a healing modality - balancing body, senses, mind and soul.
Deb is very passionate about her work and connects to her clients with a kind and gentle approach. She encourages positive and permanent results with small and simple steps. She weaves in ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with Whole Food Plant Based nutrition
and offers educational workshops, consultations and even cooking in the comfort of your home or at her facility.

In her free time, Deb enjoys practicing her own healthy lifestyle, she is always continuing her education, she keeps bees,
